enCompass℠ Implementation

For global enCompass℠ implementations, a well-laid plan is vital. Most companies are already doing or have plans to do one or more of the enCompass℠ components. In order to not re-invent the wheel, we like to know the various initiatives you have recently completed, have in progress, and have planned. We are skilled at integrating with existing initiatives already underway and planned for your organization. Further, as part of the planning process, we may request a brief assessment of your information systems to gain a better understanding of how to resource the Performance Analytix℠ component prior to beginning any roll-out efforts.

Typically, for complex, global companies we recommend a pilot site in each region to ensure that we gain the support of each part of the organization in order to manage overall implementation risk for you and for us. Most enCompass℠ designs follow the 80/20 rule of value creation – 20% of the business will create 80% of the value of implementing enCompass℠. The implementation of enCompass℠ holistically is a journey, not an event. Typically, we use a team approach for large, complex implementations. For the early site implementations we identify and train, both in advance and real-time/on the job, the resources from your organization that will eventually take accountability for the enCompass℠ program implementation. We work with our clients to design an effort that maximizes returns while managing implementation risk.
