History: In 1995, Roger Kaufman started a firm dedicated to providing implementation services on a global basis to leaders and organizations who needed help getting a positive business result from strategic initiatives. Over the next few years, the business grew dramatically and was recognized for its achievements by local media. In 2001, the firm acquired Bourton Group, a technical manufacturing solutions company with 40 years of history (formerly Ingersoll Engineers) and a global network of affiliates. Today, Implementation Services has highly-dedicated employees, affiliate offices around the world, and a growing list of satisfied clients in nearly every industrial sector. To date, the firm has served over 1500 clients in over 3500 engagements.
