Roger Kaufman Roger Kaufman, Founder & CEO
Roger is a thought leader in the area of implementation and results attainment. He has more than twenty years of industry and consulting experience with an emphasis on designing and implementing operational improvement programs in a variety of industries. Prior to consulting, Roger worked for General Motors Delco Electronics Corporation as an industrial engineer and for several years in line management.

Roger received degrees in Industrial Engineering and Social & Behavioral Sciences from Purdue University and Indiana University, respectively, and then earned a Master of Science degree in Management from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Business.

Frank Davit, CFO Frank Davit, CFO
Frank joined Implementation Services as part of our acquisition of the Bourton Group in 2001, bringing a structured and disciplined approach to the financial functions of this fast growing company. Frank started his career with the Bourton Group in 1984.

Prior to joining the Bourton Group, Frank worked for a financial services firm, where he helped business clients develop and improve their accounting systems and financial controls.

A graduate of Northern Illinois University, Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Economics. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.

Katherine Burt Katherine Burt, Director of Internal Operations
Katherine began working for Implementation Services in 1997. She performed various functions within the start-up company, including human resources, marketing, sales, field support, technology (network, web, email, security and PC support) management, administration and office management. In 2000, Katherine was appointed to a leadership position in the firm, accountable for internal operations and field support.

Prior to Implementation Services, Katherine worked for Macmillan Computer Publishing in various internal and external customer support positions. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Hanover College.
