enCompass is comprised of five primary dimensions that work in tandem to keep your organization moving forward in the right direction.
1. Implementation Planning - We work with leaders to build the long-term implementation plan to accelerate and achieve strategic objectives. The long-term plan consists of a five-year plan, a 2-5 year plan and an annual plan.
2. Implementation Execution - This is the heart of what we do. Whether we help to implement an already identified initiative, or help you discover what issues or processes need to be addressed, we believe that no job is complete until solutions are implemented and meaningful financial benefits have been realized. Our services go well beyond offering recommendations – to directing, coordinating, mentoring, facilitating, and participating in the successful implementation and adoption of change at all levels.
3. Performance Analytics - Information is one of the most powerful tools for change. Once you’ve identified the key indicators of performance for your business, you can gather the data and measure improvement. We work with organizations to create a “control panel” that gives leadership a clear line of sight to the key performance indicators of the business and the data that is influencing them.
4. Sustaining Structure - Successful companies behave differently. From the top to the bottom they are structured in ways to develop, encourage and reward behaviors that are aligned with organizational goals.
5. Skills Development & Knowledge Transfer - The ability to successfully implement a new tool or a whole set of tools is a rare and valuable skill.
