Skills Development & Knowledge Transfer
As with many traditional consulting firms, we have both formal and informal processes to develop our client's skills and transfer the relevant knowledge from us to our clients in order to sustain nearly any organizational initiative. This happens in a myriad of ways:
- Informal, on-the-job training sessions-- typically related to business process changes required for project implementations.
- Formal, real-time, just-in-time training for required skills-- typically new functional skills or simplistic problem-solving skills required for project implementation success.
- As needed, we provide mentoring and on-the-job coaching to ensure the adoption of required new skills.
- Formal onsite and offsite classroom coursework-- typically like yellow belt or black belt six sigma training.
We have also aligned our training modules to the various components of our enCompass℠ model. As an example, if you decide to pursue a Performance Analytix℠ implementation, you can expect us to educate your internal resources about the methodology we use to identify critical metrics, how our proprietary software works and how we customized it to your business. When our work is complete you can expect your internal resources to be as knowledgeable as we are regarding Performance Analytix℠ and have sufficient skills to maintain and continuously improve your Business Intelligence process.
