Increasing throughput at two operations, plus integrating an Employee Engagement Program were objectives set by a U.S. coal producer. Both required a change in behavior and attitude at all levels within the organization.During the Gap Analysis, samples from various levels and operations were taken using a variety of inquiry methods to ensure triangulation of results. Communication, training, and development programs resolved many of the issues.
