The world’s largest privately-held 100% recycled paper and packaging company that recycles 365,000 tons of 100% recycled waste paper a year needed to increase throughput and reduce downtime on their paper machine to improve production.

Company leadership brought in Implementation Engineers (IE) to investigate how to increase productivity.

IE sent a team of engineers and analysts to embark on a three-week intensive study. The assessment began with structured interviews of key personnel, then launched into a series of direct observations, studies, data analysis and diagnostics to determine how the company currently functioned.

Based on the findings, IE developed an approach that specifically outlined the required changes necessary to meet the objectives to achieve optimal Performance Excellence in all areas.
