A key element of Implementation Engineer’s High Performance Management practice includes establishment of a robust Structure in our clients’ management operating systems. This encompasses the deployment of Short Interval Controls, the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle, optimizing meeting effectiveness and driving data-based decision-making. The structured framework we implement is crucial in creating a resilient management operating system to support predictable shift-to-shift operations. We tailor our approach to fit each client's circumstance and will build off of the current strengths and cadences that are working well. The layered tier structure begins at the point of execution on the shop floor, which feeds into daily, weekly, and monthly cadences that align with the company's annual operating plan. The ultimate outcome is to seamlessly connect annual goals with daily/shift objectives, and to ensure responsiveness to in-shift variance supported by good data, issue identification and resolution.
