Asset Network optimization includes consideration of key inputs to determine the optimal locations of facilities, and can also include make versus buy decisions based on these inputs. Asset Footprint, focuses on the size and layout of a specific facility. Lastly, Levels of Automation and Technology Roadmap address the specific equipment, automation and technology choices inside the four walls to most effectively and efficiently fulfill demand.
