In the last one to two weeks of the Implementation Design phase the focus shifts toward preparing for execution. Project plans are developed, resourcing is determined, and a detailed ROI is developed and tied to the operational impacts we expect to achieve. Further, a weekly cadence of program governance is set up to align metrics and success measures against time-based milestones. Implementation Planning & Readiness helps ensure a seamless transition from the upfront analytical phase into an effective start to the Implementation Execution phase.

The Operating System provides structure, tools and behavior management in a framework to effectively address common implementation barriers in organizational initiatives and integrate continuous improvement events into the daily and weekly management of the business.

Project Execution is where the rubber meets the road.
