Our client strategically decided to relocate the large machine manufacturing operations from Birmingham to Edinburgh, resulting in the closure of the Birmingham factory. Recognizing the evolving market demands characterized by shorter delivery times, intense price competition, and increasing competition, the company sought our expertise to establish a more streamlined and integrated manufacturing facility. Activities during IX® included:
- Efficiently and cost-effectively integrated the two product ranges
