Plant relocation presents companies with the opportunity to tap into new markets, reduce transportation expenses, and leverage additional localized factors and incentives. Strategic asset moves are complex and time consuming, and typically include large capital investment requirements. However, such moves also allow businesses to establish a closer proximity to suppliers, customers, or vital resources, and may ultimately enhance long-term market competitiveness. For 60 years Implementation Engineers has served as a partner in executing plant relocations for clients by bringing a comprehensive approach that encompasses all necessary considerations such as equipment layout, supply chain, and people capability. By considering all aspects of the relocation process, we support a seamless transition to maximize and accelerate the realization of benefits of the strategic move.
