Our client, an American manufacturer of backup power generation products for residential, light commercial and industrial markets, partnered with IE to implement Asset Management System Development. Gaps existed in the functionality of our client’s EAM system which made it impractical and inefficient to drive greater levels of equipment reliability. Our client partnered with IE to develop and install SAP EAM and activities during IX® included:
- Developed a fully functional system with all master data uploaded and operational
- Implemented changes to support material management and work management processes
- Identified and integrated CMMS procedures into the Work Management and Materials Management procedures
- Partnered with technical side to complete quality and user acceptance
- Developed reporting structure to support the High Performance Management implementation
- Developed daily and weekly operating reports
- Developed Standard operating procedures and trained all key stakeholders and end users on new processes and procedures
