Implementation Engineers partners with clients to analyze existing organizational structures and to implement enhancements designed to transform toward the Requisite Organization concept. Implementation Engineers’ methodologies for organizational analysis and design delve into critical aspects such as ineffective structural design, superfluous layers or compressed levels, missing hierarchy levels, redundant functions and overlapping responsibilities, gaps in authority and accountability, inherent organizational constraints, capability challenges, and underutilization of personnel within the hierarchy. Through this work we identify and implement improvements with our clients to enhance structures and processes that drive greater organizational accountability and execution.
