The process and management of change is fundamental in all Implementation Engineers work, and in each engagement we develop all individuals engaged in project development and implementation as Agents of Change. Further, we can help train client stakeholders to be leaders in how to manage change in their own organization and departments. While Implementation Engineers team members are well-versed in using effective change management models including Kotter and ADKAR, we can also train client team members in these same methodologies to act as change champions. We also help train client team members on the necessary planning and structure that goes into effective change management at the outset of any project or transformation initiative. These planning components include governance, communication and employee engagement strategies.
