Implementation Engineers delivers High Performance Management programs with clients that enhance the structures, tools and behaviors within scope. Additionally, we also train on these same areas with our clients to build an internal capability to roll out management system improvements beyond our engagement. We equip managerial leaders across the three areas with training and demonstrated usage of the system and tool elements. From a structure perspective, we train on what is required in an effective management system and how to install these elements, such as effective meetings supported by good information, agenda, inputs and outputs, closed-loop plan-do-check-act cycles, and driving to business results. We also help to understand what tools to use to support the management system, such as Gemba, Leader Standard Work, specific problem-solving methods, and visual management, and how to use them effectively. These training participants can then implement these items in new areas as internal client champions. Lastly, from a behavioral standpoint, the training provides useful behavioral aspects to help stakeholders understand and develop skills required to set goals, plan work, delegate effectively, build teams, coach team members, lead structured problem solving sessions, conduct feedback sessions and run reviews.
