Straight to Work

Implementation Engineers also engages with clients directly in execution, foregoing the Implementation Design phase, through Straight to Work (STW) engagements. When working with prospective clients to determine the appropriate approach, there may be sufficient definition of the priority projects to immediately execute. In that situation we will quickly mobilize and begin conducting improvement activities to drive realization of value more quickly. These engagements address known challenges and root cause issues in a focused and rapid fashion.
