The process and management of change is fundamental in all Implementation Engineers work, and in each engagement we develop all individuals engaged in project development and implementation as Agents of Change. Implementation Engineers team members are well-versed in using effective change management models including Kotter and ADKAR, and are also trained to adapt to change management methodologies and models that our clients may already be using. During engagements we conduct training sessions and workshops with client stakeholders to empower them in implementing and maintaining process and behavioral change successfully, and spent immense time on the floor coaching and mentoring. Importantly in our operations work, we also engage the workforce throughout the process, and through appreciative inquiry we co-develop and co-implement solutions that address the challenges at hand. By incorporating governance, communication and engagement strategies, and change management planning into every project, we plan for and design activities and responsibilities to effectively manage the change process throughout the transformation journey.”
