Labor market and input cost pressures have greatly accelerated physical automation in recent years in both manufacturing and warehouse settings. From Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs) to Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), we tailor automation solutions to meet our clients' specific needs. We develop solutions around tactical facility choices and questions such as whether or not material could be delivered more efficiently or safely, and if processes are designed or can be redesigned to be replicated by automation technology. In doing so, we collaborate with vendors to select and implement the most suitable technology, ensuring a more smooth and efficient process for our clients.

This automation initiative notably enhanced storage capacity, minimized the footprint of small parts storage, and boosted overall operational efficiency.
- Selected and installed a Modula Vertical Lift Module (VLM) to store small and medium parts
- Implemented Pick-to-Light for floor picking, replenishment and empty container movement
