Asset Criticality Analysis

Implementation Engineers conducts Asset Criticality Analyses to identify critical equipment and spare parts, develop sound strategies for these critical assets, and ultimately reduce operational risk. During the analysis we prioritize client assets based on criticality to business operations. This analysis involves identifying and assessing the importance of each asset in relation to safety, environmental impact, production efficiency, and financial implications. After this, immediate asset conditions are assessed; working with the client maintenance leadership we develop prioritized strategies to address deficiencies and risks, and build strategies to ensure good PM programs and critical spares management of the most important assets. Through these strategies built from the Asset Criticality Analysis, our clients benefit from extended asset lifespan, reduced unplanned downtime events, and reduced long-term maintenance spend.
