Maintenance Management Operating System

Maintenance Management Operating System

Just as the Management Operating System is the glue that ties together information, behaviors, and the regular cadences of how an operation runs, the Maintenance Management Operating System (MMOS) ties together these same elements within the maintenance organization. The MMOS is core to the work we do and serves as a critical process component to embed enhanced maintenance improvements and tools. Further, it provides a structured and disciplined platform for planning, executing, measuring, analyzing, learning and improving. Implementation Engineers’ MOS framework, called High Performance Management, includes three pillars: Structure, Tools and People Development. From coaching and mentoring maintenance supervisors, to installing structured daily and weekly maintenance management meetings and cadences, we deploy a wide range of essential elements across these three pillars. Through our High Performance Management practice, we implement effective maintenance management operating systems that give clients better stability, predictability and responsiveness in their maintenance organization. Furthermore, the MMOS becomes a key support foundation for ongoing improvement efforts.
